Laura Woods has taken to social media to announce that she is expecting a baby with former Love Island star Adam Collard. The TNT Sports presenter started dating Collard last year and their relationship appears to have gone from strength to strength.
The loved-up couple took to Instagram to confirm that a baby is on the way, with Woods posting an image of an ultrasound with her French bulldog peeking over the top. In a short but sweet message to her 766,000 followers, she wrote: “Hey, baby.”
Woods was romantically linked with Collard last summer before they confirmed they were officially in a relationship in October. The pair often share heartwarming snaps on social media, with their romance blossoming after Woods split up with former boyfriend Alex Corbisiero.
Collard, who is eight years younger than Woods, is best known for appearing on the fourth and eighth series of Love Island in 2018 and 2022. Before coupling up with his current girlfriend, he was romantically linked to Zara McDermott, Sarah Godfrey and Paige Thorne.
Woods, meanwhile, returned to the UK earlier this month after leading ITV’s coverage of Euro 2024. She will be on presenting duties for TNT Sports when the new Premier League season gets underway in August.
The 37-year-old has openly spoken about her desire to have children, revealing that it was a dream of hers while discussing her break-up with Corbisiero after eight years together.

“It was my decision it was the right one and I’ve never regretted it,” she said. “We’d lived in each other’s pockets and breaking up with him felt like coming up for air. The next thing for us was probably marriage and having kids.
“I do want that one day. I love being in love and I love kids, but I’ve prioritised work because I love that too and my ambitions are important to me.”
Collard has also expressed a desire to have children, saying last year: “I’m protective, whether it’s Laura, or my family, my friends. I want to get married. I want to have kids as well. I’ve always thought, what type of person will I be? How can I protect my kids?”
