The summer transfer window will close in just over three weeks, meaning Premier League clubs are running out of time to improve their squads for the new season. The likes of Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea have already been active in the market but will be hoping to strike more deals before the bidding stops.
United are reportedly chasing a number of exciting deals with some believed to be closer than others. They are thought to be closing in on the signing of former Arsenal striker Chido Obi-Martin, who reportedly underwent a successful medical earlier this week.
The Gunners, meanwhile, are in the market for a new midfielder with Mikel Arteta eager to shore up his ranks in the engine room. Chelsea have also been linked with a handful of big-name players while Liverpool are still waiting to make their first signing of the Arne Slot era.

West Ham eyeing move for Kieran TrippierWest Ham are reportedly interested in signing Newcastle defender Kieran Tripier.
The Hammers have already bolstered their ranks with the arrivals of Max Kilman, Crysencio Summerville and Niclas Fullkrug, among others.
According to The Telegraph, West Ham have now turned their attention to acquiring the services of a right-back.
The Hammers have looked at Manchester United’s Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Southampton’s Kyle Walker-Peters, but Trippier has now emerged as someone on the radar of the club.
The England international has been heavily linked with a move away from St James’ Park this summer, with Saudi Arabian outfits monitoring his sitution closely.
United remain in talks with ArsenalManchester United reportedly remain locked in negotiations with Arsenal over a compensation fee for Chido Obi-Martin.
United are on the cusp of winning the race to the 16-year-old, who recently snubbed a new contract with Arsenal in favour of seeking a new opportunity.
According to The Athletic, the Danish youth international has already completed his medical at Carrington and ‘broadly’ agreed on personal terms with the Red Devils. United must now negotiate a compensation fee with Arsenal for Obi-Martin, with those talks already heading towards a ‘positive conclusion’.
There is an expectation that an agreement will therefore be reached, rather than the deal going to a Premier League tribunal.
Chelsea seal seven-year agreement for Samu OmorodionAtletico Madrid star Samu Omorodion is set to join Chelsea in a deal worth £35million, reports Fabrizio Romano.
The striker has agreed to sign a seven-year deal contract Stamford Bridge, with his medical tests set to take place.
Chelsea were forced to fend off competition from several European outfits to sign Omorodion, including Bayer Leverkusen.

Zubimendi will be granted Liverpool move on one conditionReal Sociedad will reportedly allow Martin Zubimendi to join Liverpool if the player indicates that he would like the move.
According to The Athletic, the Spanish side are aware of the interest from the Reds but do not intend on parting ways with the 25-year-old.
However, if the midfielder makes it clear that he hopes to head to Anfield this summer then Sociedad would not stand in his way. Zubimendi is yet to indicate his intentions at this stage.
Liverpool snubbed by German aceLiverpool have been snubbed by Hoffenheim forward Maximilian Beier, reports Sky Sports Germany.
The Reds have been linked with the striker on several occasions this summer, and Arne Slot’s have ‘never lost their focus’ on acquiring his services.
However, Beier has snubbed Liverpool, as well as other suitors, in favour of joining Borussia Dortmund.
Crystal Palace register interest in Chelsea outcastCrystal Palace have reportedly shortlisted Chelsea defender Trevoh Chalobah as a potential target.
The Eagles are beginning to scour the market for potential replacements for Marc Guehi, who is locked in negotiations with Newcastle over a move.
According to The Telegraph, Palace have registered an interest in Chalobah after it became clear that he did not have a long-term future at Stamford Bridge.
A fee in the region of £25million is expected to be enough to secure the signature of the Englishman.
Brighton forward set to depart for £25mStuttgart have reportedly agreed on a deal to acquire the services of Deniz Undav from Brighton.
The Germany international spent last season on loan with the Bundesliga outfit and made it clear that he was keen to return to the club permanently this summer.
According to Kicker, following weeks of negotiations, Stuttgart have agreed to pay £25.7million to sign Undav, plus add-ons.
